A very cheap, and very good Ties to use for LTS.
Go to your dollar store near you, and in the craft section they have these long looking pipe cleaner looking things for doing crafts.. for a 1$ you get like 30 ties.
They work as good as any ties out there..
I use them myself and they work like a charm as you can see in my journals..

Nice looking setup you got philly!! :thumb:

I am using pipe cleaners on my two big girls right now. :)

I saw a guy on you tube using scotch tape to tape the leaves to the side of his container for LST and it seems to have worked out fine.

Hello by the way western europe calling...

yea thx smokers420

I was going to go to this place called Micheal's(artsNcrafts store)

But now I'll go to the dollar store, scoop some today.

So did reservoir change today. More LST and trim big leaves covering other colas.
Whatever people say, doing LST and trim, the plants explodes. Loves it. I see people in videos say be careful with the bending and be gentle...no need. The plant is sturdy and didn't stunt the grow at all.

Put some Armor Si (first time) with the new nutrient water. Oh yea and CalMag. Both from General Hydroponics.
I keep spraying the plants every once in a while with pH adj tap water. Is this useless or a good idea? I don't see any signs of harm to the plants.

Here's updated photos from today. Reservoir change due tomorrow. Lst and more trim. They love it. I think I should stop trimming though soon. What stage are they in? Do I do another change of water with same as last-aggressive veg?

Cheers my fellow growers!
Phil
