Feel free to give me tips alond the way ....

Here is a description of the seeds that im using -

Type : Mostly Indica
Climate : indoor / outdoor
Yield : 350 gr/m2
Height : 35 - 50 cm
Flowering period : 8-9 weeks
Harvest : begin october
Stoned or High : Stoned - indica body buzz
THC level : medium 10 - 15%
Grow Difficulty : Easy

The two most important features of SnowRyder are her auto-flowering capability and the sparkling, resin crystals that cover her mature buds like a blanket of snow.
Auto-flowering cannabis begins blooming according to the age of the plant, rather than the light cycle, and this tendency gives SnowRyder growing advantages both indoors and out.
SnowRyder seeds produce plants which normally begin flowering around the time they has produced their 6th to 9th set of true leaves, (typically 6-8 weeks in good growing conditions). SnowRyder is not a dwarf cannabis strain, nor will she grow out of control due to grower error (such as vegetating too long). SnowRyder´s final height is more or less pre-determined, with most plants finishing around 90-120cm.
Outdoors, auto-flowering means that SnowRyder seeds can be started early in Spring to have her flowering in June or July (when the weather is at its best) and finished by September.
Plants are sturdy and internodal gaps remain short in good conditions. Buds are Indica-tight, frosted with sticky resin and have a sweet-spicy, earthy-citrus flavour. SnowRyder cannabis gives a deep body stone that´s tempered by a breezy high.

DAY 1 9th April 2011

Still waiting for the SnowRyders to arrive in the post so rather than waste time I have decided to get going with the Pure Afghan

Yesterday I started the germination process on the 4 Pure Afghan seed. I placed them in shooter glasses filled with tap water @PH 5.9 and left them in the dark for 24 hrs.

They germinated great and now I have placed them in 4 small pots of coco substrate untill they get there first set of true leaves.

Day 2 10th April 2011

The 4 afghans have finally sprouted and are now sitting happily under the 400w PhillipsPhilips 400 W HPIT MH.

The Lamp is set to 20/4.

I am watering them with a spray bottle (ph 5.9 tap water).

Still waiting for the SnowRyders to arrive

Temps are around 30°C = 86°F at seedling level.

Day 6 14th April 2011

Well not much activity today, gave a slight spray of PH 5.8 water to the surface of the coco as the tops dry quite fast due to the 400w.
No sign of the Snow Ryders neither, hopefully they should start popping out before tomorrow evening.

Here is a few close ups of the afghans in the middle -

Looking good. Was wondering about the quality of White Label Seeds. I will definitely be watching. Did all of them germ OK?

All germinated fine, although the seedlings don't look as good as the afghans did at the same age...

Day 12 20th April 2011

A little update from me -
Plants are slowly getting bigger day by day.
Light cycle is still 20/4 and will stay like that untill I have harvested the Snow ryders.

Also started them all on 1/4 strength feed every other day as follows -

Nutrients - TNT COMPLEX 25ml for 10 LTR Water
Booster - TNT ROOT COMPLEX 25ml for 10 LTR Water, 2 Drops of SuperVit, and 10ml of TNT Power Zyme mixed into every 3rd feed.

All the above is mixed into 10 litres of PH 7.0 water, once I have stirred it and left to settle I then bring down the PH to around 5.9 with some Hesi PH Down and EC to 0.8. I then give each plant 1 Litre each.

Is this the correct way ???

Here are some photos from today, larger ones are the afghans and the smaller are the snowryder -
