Slammin’ Salsa

• ⅔ cup/160 ml Magical Olive Oil
• 6 fresh plum tomatoes, chopped
• 6-8 cloves garlic, peeled
• 4-6 fresh limes, juiced (if you like more, use more!)
• 1 cup/240 ml red onion, chopped
• ¾-1 cup/175 ml fresh cilantro, chopped (add more at the end if desired)
• ½ cup/120 ml red wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons/45 ml tomato paste
• ½ green bell pepper, chopped
• ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
• ½ orange bell pepper, chopped
• 1-3 whole jalapeño peppers (depending on heat preference), de-stemmed
• 1 bunch green onion or scallions
• Pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How To

1. Place all the ingredients into your MagicalButter machine, and secure the head.
2. Press the Temperature button, and select No Heat; then press the 1 Hour/Oil button.
3. After the cycle is completed, pour your Slammin’ Salsa into serving bowls, and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, tacos, nachos, etc. ¡Ole!
