Reciently i have been finding that supercooling your bucket with the bubble bags in it also helped me a ton... get a tub bigger than your 5 gal and a few bags of ice put bucket in tub first then fill tub with ice and add shit loads of salt to drop the temp below freezing ive gotten to like -1...
