The story of the illegal raid on my home back in 2003 is now coming full circle. Dan Malley, a Private Detective in Mass. has revealed the identity to me of C.I. #62, the confidential informant number attached to the affidavit used to get the warrant on my home. It seems that C.I. #62 came across Dan Malley's radar as he was investigating a case of child abuse. Gerald Battistoni, a/k/a C.I. #62 has been a confidential informant for Special Agent/Sgt Scott E. Haley of the Palmer Mass police since the mid 1990's. He is now serving a 10-12 year term for child rape and is the prime suspect in two child murders. The Molly Bish case, Detective Dan Malley has just turned over to the FBI, asking them to take a look at Gerald Battistoni as a prime suspect.
For those of you hearing of this case for the first time, the raid was in March of 2003, and my home was torn apart by a SWAT team - the Eastern Hampton County Narcotic Task Force of Palmer Mass., under the direction of Special Agent/Sgt Scott E. Haley and Holland Mass., Chief Of Police (no more) Kevin P . Gleason. The affidavit stated that I sold marijuana from my home to Gerald Battistoni on three different dates. On those dates, I was documented in the hospital.
The raid used my marijuana politics as an excuse to raid me, in an attempt to steal my family home that sat on 7 acres across from the lake in Holland Mass. You can read more on that at 01521.com.
The way Gerald Battistoni's C.I. #62 I.D. was used in my case proves that the Eastern Hampton County Narcotic Task Force is corrupt, and makes all their cases suspect. Using a Drug Task Force to steal land is illegal, as is perjury and manufacturing false evidence. The police have committed some very serious crimes here, and I am publicly asking for the FBI to investigate Gerald Battistoni as he was used in my case, and to investigate the actions of Special Agent Scott E. Haley of Palmer, Mass., and X-Chief Kevin P. Gleason of Holland Mass for their part in the raid.
This case should open up to 500 or more drug cases that this corrupt task force worked on.
