i live with a disabling chronic back disease every day of my life . it robbed me of my life,occupation and freedom to be anything i wanted to be in life .

Ankylosing spondylitis is a long-term type of arthritis. It affects the bones and joints at the base of the spine where it connects with the pelvis. These joints become swollen and inflamed. Over time, the affected spinal bones join together.
long story short is my neck is fused to my back and my back is fused to my pelvis .
im 35 and have the body of a 60 year old man .
i can get every big named narcotic u can think of from the Dr and i used to until one day i decided i didnt want to be a zombie anymore and i was feeling the addiction setting in from eating 10 percocet a day and so many other drugs . the main drug for this illness cost 2,000 an injection and i need one every month . mind u its not a cure but its suppose to keep it at bay.. lmao who can afford this .
i gave all that up and started looking into medical marijuana . ive smoked for 15 years but it was because i wanted to be stoned . damn brick weed isent worth a fuck when it comes to the medical aspect of it .but now im growing strains i researched that will benefit me in my daily struggle
so to all u legal smokers and growers . thank god u can legally smoke because were i live its still illegal and i can go to jail for a long time for just growing a plant that helps me get outta the bed in the morning and go to bed at night.
what really fucked up is the #1 college in the us for medical marijuana research is 20 miles away . they can grow it and ship out people 300 joints a month but right down the road im considered a criminal .
and we say we live in a free country ...
