Just so I understand if drenching mix up double the amount but same concentration

EX. If I was using 5ml per gal GE and 1 ml Tea, I would mix up 10 ml GE and 2ml of Tea in 2 gal of water

Just want to make sure I understand, I was deff under feeding either way
