why is it impossible to get on this site? my ipad logs me in automatically but there is NO WAY to contact anyone for help! i have older computers that can't play the stupid games someone came up with, requiring me to play to find out my password! i spent an hour this morning with three computers trying to get my password and log in. this sucks!

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CONTACT OPTION INSTEAD OF GAMES THAT RULE OUT USERS WITHOUT BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT?
