My grow, from seed to clones

Well this might as well be my first time growing. I've never researched so much before and taken the time and effort. I get so much out of the growing process alone, I just started about 2 months ago and it feels like a hobby that I'll enjoy forever.

So anyways, I had originally started with 27 seedlings but had some mishaps with my dog killing them when I had the tray on the floor I front of the patio door while getting light.

Luckily, I was left with 1 Plant out of 27! Yes it really upset me for a few days because I had used every seed. So the plant has been outside since mid may and I took 2 clones two weeks ago and another 2 last week.

When I was taking the last clone from the mother, the razor slipped and I took a fan leaf branch. Not knowing any better I put it in cloning powder and Planted it. I later read that cannot be done.

So I am left with a mother, (random strain) and I named her jasmine. And 3 clones from her. First 2 clones went into a pc mod case that I made but I quickly wanted more space so before I took the 3rd clone I converted a nightstand to hold the 3. Much better, bigger and still stealth.

Tonight I built a dwc for the 3rd clone, mostly out of things that were just laying around the house.

Oh and for lights I am using 2-6500k 23 watt cfl's (100 watt equivelant each) and a single 2700k cfl. When I flower I will switch all to the 2700's.

Comments

As stated in my other blog, I had a problem with something eating my mother plant. The premixed neem oil spray seemed to have done the job. I will give her anothe coat of it tom. Just to be safe.

I also think she has a mag deficiency because her leaves are "praying". So I bought some Epsom salts tonight.

Let's hope she doesn't turn crazy zombie plant when I give her the bath salts lol.

i just transplanted the clone into the dwc 5 min before the pic so shes a little wilted but is looking better now! I'm tring to get the box temps down, finally got a thermometer and found a 90+deg reading so i added a 3rd fan. 1 intake, 1 exhaust, and 1 to push air around inside. mostly aimed at the lights.
