this is regarding the situation in zimbabwe...with my understanding the new joint government has been pushing for large amounts of donation funds in order for the country to get back on track...i think that this would be greatly helped by legalisation of the cannabis plant...(for medical reasons only ofcorse)...face it the plant is already being distributed on the black market and there have been countless drug busts with regard to people transporting dagga in and out the country the best thing now is for the government to either try and regulate these transactions or better yet try and make some sort of economic progress from its transportation and/ or use!!!
