it was from a shop on their, i got a 400watt dual spectrum bulb, hood (not cool tube type or sealed type, its the open batwing type) digital ballast and delivery for £65, not had any issues with it, works perfect, plus the bulb is perfect for both veg and flower,

regular hps is red light for flower
mh is blue light for veg,
dual spectrum is a mixture of the 2, im pretty sure the dual spec bulb is better for veg and better for flower than either the hps or the mh on their own, i know using cfls you mix the spectrum up so im doing the same but with 400 watt hps,

ive seen tents for as little as £80, i dont use filter and not had any real issues, i live in an apartment block or flats as we call them in the UK, i got someone living above,below and either side of me and opposite me, the only time i get a bit concerned is late in flower but then i just buy some of that ona gel and put it in a bucket and have small fan blowing the air in grow room into the bucket and out small holes drilled in side of the bucket, that keeps the smell under control.
