Strawberry Blue is like a week or so into curing, still sitting at 61% or so, and there's a real light hint of coffee. Any ideas? Is that a terpene or just part of the cure?

These are all the terpenes profiles that Cannabis can exhibit. Coffee is one of them, so chances are it is probably the terpenes you are smelling.
