Well just to test I decided that 8000L T5's wasn't enough ,so I said what the heck So I put them under the 400 watter on 18 off 6 with dual arc 40,000l instead for the 4th week of growth.
What I have read is that this should make the branches grow faster and for them to get taller.
Once I am able to get cuttings and they are ready to bloom ,I will put them back under the t5's and put the clones on 12-12 for bloom.
