best lighting, for grow room using a dual reflector that contains 2 CFL sockets

i have a dual cfl reflector in my veg room, was wondering weather its best to use a dual spectrum cfl, with a 6700k veg cfl, or just two 6700k cfl, ?. Or even two dual spectrum cfls, for The veg stage. which one will achieve me better plant growth and the bests results, ? this questions is also for my flowering room, 1 mixed spectrum cfl with one 2700k or just 2 2700k or two mixed spectrum ? please help thanks
