Did i over heated my seedlings?

Lights: 23 watt cfl Daylight Bulbs 1600 lumens, 6500k 2 inches away from plants. Was sick went to sleep, was cold got up took the heater out my closet(where the plants are) 6' x 6' closet maybe a tad bit smaller..(the heat was also on throughout my app). Turn it all the way up. 4got 2...
