no smell after drying!

Please Help!! I just had a great grow. There was plenty of smell in flowering, however, when i dried it for 3 days there was no more smell. it now smells like grass. can someone tell me what happened? Did the nutrients block the smell? I didn't flush that well... But, the plants were...
