Im not for certain but from the looks of the picture you may have some pest issues. When you have white spotted or light spots on the tops of the leaf like speckles you are usually dealing with spider mites. Also the the topside of the leaves will be course and a little sticky or gritty. I have used neem oil and it helps tremendously. I say that because I see the leaves in the picture do look to have some speckles. I dont know your feeding regiment Or your room temps so I can only speak on what I think may be one of your problems. I also cant tell what your method of grow is .If that is a Hydroponic grow or if you are using a medium or soil grow. Go to or post some more info here. I also see you also may have some nutrient burn which if in soil you would need to flush your plant with double the amount of water. I need more info on what exactly your method is. Its not dead and unless it has pollen sacks dont quit on it. I can not tell from the picture. I would check or talk to an expert which I am not. But I do manage to have pretty healthy plants most of the time but we all live and learn Im pretty new at this too. Anyway good luck to you
