New here. Thanks for any help, suggestions, or comments. By 'new' I mean I haven't even grown a potato, so ANY help or suggestions are extremely appreciated. I planted my first batch of plants in April, about 21 weeks ago. Yet they are just now getting white tops. Is this the start of flowering? And why is it taking so long? They are outside in Northern California.
