Not sure - Infestation of some kind. Crush a spot with your fingers Push hard on both sides & wait a day. I would remove each leaf but 1 at a time. Mites maybe or another critter. Leaf removal shouldn’t hurt the plant. Keep close watch for spread. I crush any sign of insect eggs - works for me on Autoflower - be gentle
