No i havent tried the racks. I used gorilla tape, panda film and leftover bamboo steaks and built a 5' by 5' by 8' tall dark room to dry. I use a window fan on the lowest setting on the floor to keep a small amount of air flow. It was sapose to be temporary but it works so well ive been using it for almost 4 years lol! Only issue is its a little too small. If the plants are large, (i.e. 10oz. Or more dry) which they usually are i can only dry 3-4 at a time.
Awesome! 4 years it must work. I've tried and met people who just hang the whole plant after cutting the fan leave and sugar leaves. I find this way the best.
