While they do not look particularly bad, I will pass along some advice to folks who encounter such issues later in vegetative growth. All is not lost if you have some branching going one. I had overwatered a few plants in the past. My solution was to entirely sacrifice the plants at the first signs of root rot. It is way too much work and with variable outcomes to save those plants. Instead, clone them like mad. Cut it it up, every legitimate branch. Dip the ends in CloneX, or the equivalent, and get some clones going. I have gotten incredible net yields from what might have been hopeless plants.
