Hey Dr Fish, I was intrigued by your casting idea. Myself I have worked a lot with fiberglass, I even built my own 34’ sailboat in the past, including the hull itself. I was the first one (in the 90’s) who made the oval carbon muffler canisters for Ducati, but they always paid the invoice after 6-8 months, so I stopped doing that.
Anyways, you probably have the design for your casting machine already in your mind, but here is another possibility. It is a small apartment dryer, everything in black is already there, including heating, you only need to make the colored items and probably adjust the speed of the drum.
