Hey I got another 2 48inch fluorescent bulbs how many cfls should I need

I am growing 3 bag seed plants in a 5 by 2.5 by 6 foot closet should 4 48inch fluorescent bulbs and a few cfls be enough

I am moving them to much larger containers I still have to weed out males and I'm only taking 3 females. Each will have a 18gallon tote. I was planning on only doing 2 or 3 weeks veg then 6 or 8 weeks flower. Will they still fit in the 17x13 for the 2 or 3 week veg. I can't have them huge. I have 6 plants btw

They are only 3 to 4 inches right now. They are in the 6 hour dark period right now or I'd check them. It won't hurt switching the light schedule that many times? 7 days from when I germinated them in a paper towel and put them in Rockwool cubes I switched to the 18/6 they are in they're second...
