You really want to be on the higher range when they are young and then you slowly drop it down. 80 may be an acceptable range, i wouldn't suggest it for a new comer as you want to just stay in the safe zone for your first grow and the experiment after you got the basics.

You dont "need" a intake fan if you have the nets in your tent that you can open and allow the air to come in through there. ventilation not being setup right to exchange air can cause big problems.
