What kind of ballast is needed to run ceramic metal halide lamps? Are they pricy?

This is a FLOMP girl from seed germed around Oct, Nov '11. She's already been hravested in doors at around 4'. She has rejuvenated nicely. Now back in bloom. Despite high temps, this girl remains healthy looking with moderate watering (once or twice a week). She gets water and fox farms nutes...

She's about 6' tall now. Her lower and midsection burned up in the heat. This strain doesn't handle dry heat well without an abundance of availabe water. Taken 7/31/12

BWC's FLOMP (from seed) transplanted her outdoors (6-22-12) to the soil after hardening for 3 days while still potted. I would have liked to veg her longer, but due to time and weather I did it earlier. I don't know what to expect from her so let's watch and learn.

I've heard of 24 hrs of darkness before .harvest. Not sure about the 36 hour thing. My advice is to begin flower under HPS.

I'm not sure bro. I rarely use fish emulsion. That stuff stinks indoors. On the bottle I have it says it won't burn plants. I have yet to test this claim.

Re: First Time Grow: Pics & Questions. Do u have access to a hydroponics store? If not I suggest finding some decent nutrients and feed the plant, that is if ur not already planted in a Miracle Grow type of soil.

Egs, what strain? what kinda soil? indoor or outdoor? what other nutrients are u using? Are u in veg or flower?
