Hit me up with a pm, I am a little busy right now with some activism stuff. The gist is that if you start with the governments own websites, they will straight up say that Title 21 is not enacted into law, so whether it is raw milk, or cannabis, the law is private or special law that only...
Nice, so do I and we are probably kindred spirits in that regard.
NO problem, I understand the point that you are making. There is some small nuggets that everyone here may know or not know about, from this site regarding the CSA, and more specifically challenges to Federal jurisdiction that...
There are no transcripts because if the technique works, there is no court record because "court" did not happen, the person cut it off before the "court" could establish jurisdiction and enter into proceedings that would be recorded.
Couple of things...
There is no guarantee of anything...
When this technique is used, there is no transcript, the case is dropped, or dismissed. Most of the time when this technique is used, the "court" is not really a court, but a commission or administrative meeting, such as traffic court, so if there is a court reporter, the judge just has them...
This technique has nothing to do with the strawman defense in the usual manner. Not claiming the name is basically the process of "oh yeah? Prove it" in the court. Strawman redemption is what happens when and individual does not realize that by taking ownership over their strawman, they are...
I don't understand why you are receiving the state charges if you are a licensed caregiver in your state. Do you have time to explain this part of the story?
Thanks.
BTW, as a side note, I have talked with the local state chapter of Norml, the federal chapter of Norml in D.C., the Marijuana Policy Project in D.C, and also at least three DEA agents regarding the above facts.
Norml was happy to take my membership money and were happy to have me when I told...
If you read that ACT, you will probably see that it only applies in the Federal Zone or against federal public officers, which is what you are if you have a Socialist Security Number.
Most people don't know that participating in Social Security is voluntary and by participating, the...
thinkerr;1209481]so the CSA laws they were writing are expressed in the CFR as having jursidiction outside the 50 states only?
21CFR1300 and up is the section in the CFR that implements 21USC13. In the definitions section, we find number 22, the definition of "jurisdiction of the United...
The CSA is important, yes, but the Code of Federal Regulations are as important, if not more important than the US Code. The Code of Federal Regulations are where the particular agency assigned by the President writes the regulations telling the affected parties HOW and WHERE the law that was...
All lawyers are officers of the court, and their oath and allegiance is TO THE COURT. If they don't play by the rules, the rules that the court wants them to use, then they can be disbarred and have to find another line of work. This is the first point of the scam. They really DON'T care...
Dude,
You are about to enter a world that will blow your mind. The CSA is in 21 USC 13.

Let me know if you need the CFR for the Act as well.
I am looking for anyone interested in discussing the Controlled Substances Act, and the implementing regulations for it located at 21CFR1300. If you don't know what this means, no problem. I can explain it all, if you are willing to follow along, but if you have any legal background or are a...
The U.S. government admits that not all laws are public and are private law. They admit this on numerous official government websites. Most people don't know this, and the government works hard at hiding this in plain site.
Let me know if you need any more info.
