With the need for blood being so extreme, i doubt they would care if you were a pot smoker, the screening is usually to filter out nasty diseases that can be passed on through the blood. That's at least the case in Australia, really dont know much about the American system sorry.

Yeah, i know how you feel. Sometimes i just feel real burnt out from smoking, so i have to take a break once in a while. I think its just a human condition, you cant do something too much, its get too boring, too heavy, too......

My friend always went on about grinding them up to make tea, said it was kind of relaxing too.
