really, no one can help

I put my plant in bud lighting to find the sex. Its a nice female. So I put it back to veg about 2 weeks ago. I still have some little buds on top but I want to clone them. Do I have to cut the bud off? Will it clone with a bud on top?

I think one of my buds got too close to the light. It is brown and dry looking. Should I just cut it off now or let it finish. I have about 3 weeks to go.

digital. I do have a warranty. I just wanted to be sure its the ballast.

also, Its only 4 months old

The ballast and the light comes on. After about 15 min the light goes out. I still hear the ballast running. I unplug it and plug it back in and it lights up again for another 15 min
