You might want to consider keeping those CFL's closer to the plant. It is OK to have them just 2 or 3 inches away from the plant leaves. If the wall mount lights cant be moved then i would raise the bucket. Good reflection though with those white...
I have a 4 three gallon bucket DWC setup. With an ancient air pump. (whisper 9000). Its at least 15 years old and dying. I'm not sure how air pumps are measured. GPH?
I would like to put two 4" air stones in each bucket. What pump should i be purchasing? Not looking to buy "fish tank" pumps...

Yup those are Y sockets in Y sockets. Good point though. Next time around i can alter the plywood reflectors and drill more holes in the top so i can cut down on the Y splits. But i have been able to keep the temps below 75 F due to good air flow.

hey deacnbleu, here are some pics of my CFL set up.
pretty much just used scrap wood from the home depot, mylar for reflection, and Y socket splitters.
next time i take some pics of the current grow, ill snap some shots of the homemade CFL fixtures. i just realized its hard to see what i described above so ill have some pics by the end of the week of the progress and CFL setups.
