I was having the same problems, but with miracle grow (bad idea I know). I have switched to pro mix bx grow medium with Botanicare feeding schedule. Results are very good with absolutely no problems. Maybe it’s luck or maybe just keeping it simple. Proof is in the pudding for me! I’ll attach...

I just finishing first grow following this schedule. Amazing! Simple and plants are very healthy and vibrant throughout grow. Buds are hard as a rock and I’m very excited by this new regimen. Thanks
