So is it OK to add it to the existing grow and have the 2 types of lights on the same plant?

AH Thanks folks that explains it to me, obviously it is a cheap Chinese one and probably is only putting out only 100w, it's bloody blinding bright though. I guess I will have to throw out the LED and stick with my HID setup Thank you for your help people, much appreciated.
