How much are you watering and how often? If it were me I wouldn't do a flush. How much of the nutrients are you adding per gallon?
Your pots actually look a little dry in the pics.
You can get test strips at most places like home depot to test hardness.

Basically you would have to adjust nutrients for a hard water.
I'm not to sure how old they are but flushing seems way to early by looking at the pics. That would take away the nutes if you flush.
What is your ratio for your botanicare to water?
Looks almost like a stink bug. Would need a closer pic.

Have you had the well water tested for Ph level or hardness? Typically well water is a hard water. Does it run through a softener? You could try a mixed water solution half well with filtered water from store or distilled.

To be honest I've never used colored lights. I used full or near spectrum led lights. Your latest pic you posted looks like the soil is very dry?
