I have been running this 400w mh lamp with digital ballast 24/7 for 3 weeks now without a hitch. Today, the breaker tripped. Nothing was added to the line. It continues to trip every time I plug it back in. Is my ballast shot? I sure hope not!! Any thoughts would be greatly...

Thanks everyone. I'm just getting worried because I haven't seen any new growth in a long time. I mean, even this morning (7/31), it looks exactly the same as it did 3 days ago. Just seems strange. Once again the Deep Water Culture to the rescue....Thanks!

Thanks for your quick reply WarBux. I have turned off my mh lamp for now and just going with the cfl's to start. That has lowered the temps down to 70-75deg. Humidity is also up to 70% or more. Still no new growth. I'm starting to get very frustrated.

Adding a pump to the res could prove to be a little tricky depending on your cooler. Most cooler lids I have encountered have an outside lip that would make it difficult to carve the little "U shaped hole" (normally at the top of the 5 gal buckets) for the pump wire. I chose to cut the power...

Rumboy, I would think that even the h2o2 would kill beneficial bacteria as well as the harmful stuff. the nutes and additives you are using contain bacteria. The h2o2 just might kill it also. I am new to the game, so don't take my word as law....... I am just going by the advice I have...
