I like to buy the BX and add a lot of perlite, it doesn’t seem to affect the buffering capacity when I do it that way.

Thanks for the detailed explanation :thumb: I'll have to try your technique of quad-lining with stakes like Havocsm1 mentioned since there's already been a few times where I wanted to move my plants but can't due to the trellis.

The series 3 uses the Samsung LM301H diodes plus added uv and the series 2 uses the Samsung LM301B diodes In regards to the series 3 350watt, here's what they had to say when I asked about it:
