Hi, I have just potted my 3 seedlings, and I have 3 x 100 watt CFL lamps. I have turned on the lamps just now...is that ok or do I have to keep the seedlings in darkness until I see it sprout?

im going to put them in a seeding and potting mix 0.4 - 0 - 0.02. should i wait til tomoroow morning so that i can start the 18- light cycle as well?
