Just use a soil for seedlings and you won't have a problem planting them once they form roots.

They will flower when the light is around 12 hours a day. If they were auto flowers they would start budding right away.

I found that soil to be too compact. Probably would be better to add amendments to loosen it up. I have much better results with MG moisture control. The coco in it works great

I just came across this for the first time as well. It a Pineapple Haze from 420 I topped it and it's doing fine now

Here she is 16 days in And the next plant to go in soon. I should be able to take a few clones within the next few days from this one and flower her a few days after that

In general LED's don't spread like HID's do. So more is better to cover the garden evenly.
