My experience is that you can trim the excess roots. The plant will survive just fine. The only reason that could be annoying is if that if the roots clogs all the draining holes. Aside from it, there's nothing wrong at all.
I finished my grow of 2 Northern Light Autos from RQS. The final products smell differently. One belongs to a more vanilla side, the other smells like toasted nuts. Has anybody experienced the same thing?
Yeah, that's the thing. I did dry-trimming on this harvest because wet-trimming IME was too much work, I have to trim again after drying anyway.
Probably you were right about the fact that commercial growers trim more aggressive than home growers.
I'm curious. This is my second harvest but my final product came out nothing like this. So can anyone enlight me on how people actually process your buds so that they will have this tightly packed appearance?
The below image is my most recent product. It is still dense and hard but does not have...
It's funny, I thought it should cost less. I don't remember where I put my calculation but my first grow, I paid 1000 Euro for equipments and material (a 4x4 tent). The yield totally made it break even ( I sold everything for 5 euro/gram)
There have been cases where the infusion doesn't really get the most out of your plant material. I've read somewhere that people were doing quick-wash, and the left-over plant material (after getting rid of the alcohol) can still get them high. So I think Old Salt's method might actually be more...
I got some pics of the and buds. Normally I'll just wait until mid August to chop this one down but the heat spell last week following by a full week of high humidity have left me with many curled up leaves, foxtails and bud rot so I'm kind of in a race here.
