I know I'm no where near this time but when looking at your plant how do you know when to start LST?

This is my first grow so I'm just doing my thing and seeing what the results will be. Organic I mean i'm using Kind Soil and Fox Farm as top soil making sure my water is ph'ed correctly. I'm sticking with the 3gal because I'm not to concerned about having big plants. i just want to go through...

Got my soil in today so i placed them in there final pot (3gal) because i didn't want to deal with it later...the two are blueberry 420 and in the other two pots are white widow. Both strains germ pretty fast with the cup/paper towel method.
