Got my soil in today so i placed them in there final pot (3gal) because i didn't want to deal with it later...the two are blueberry 420 and in the other two pots are white widow. Both strains germ pretty fast with the cup/paper towel method.

Mine popped out of the ground on the 9th so you got two days on me.
They look pretty decent so far but I think you're going to need more soil.
3gal pots are pretty small, and looks like you only got about 1 1/2gal of soil in them.
Isn't Kind Soil some kind of a "super soil" which basically just means a hot soil?
If so and that's all you got in those pots you're going to fry those plants.

Now when you say growing "organic" what exactly do you mean?
Are you using basically organic soil and then supplying the plants with bottled nutrients?
Or do you want to try actual organic grow just adding amendments and microbes?

If it's the first one then I would suggest getting 7 gallon fabric pots and fill them to within an inch of the top, and get some Nectar for the Gods organic nutrients.

If you're wanting to do a true organic living soil type grow then you need a flat minimum of 15 gallon fabric pots, a good Clackamas Coots soil recipe, cover crop, couple handfuls of worms, aloe vera and coconut water and some good microbes.

This is my first grow so I'm just doing my thing and seeing what the results will be. Organic I mean i'm using Kind Soil and Fox Farm as top soil making sure my water is ph'ed correctly. I'm sticking with the 3gal because I'm not to concerned about having big plants. i just want to go through the process of growing and if this works out i will think about going bigger. And it's more than 1.5gal of soil...i measured it out.

Cool, I'd still dump some more FF on top to get those roots further away from the hot soil before they get burnt.

Ok, so I am having cooling issues in my tent. Its in the attic so its subjected to the attic environment. Any suggestion?

What do you all think?
