Hard to get things balanced doing organic in such a tiny pot.
If you really want to do organic especially if you want to do Living Organic Soil then you should use a minimum of 15 gallon fabric pots.
Personally I'd leave them alone you have plenty of headspace and they've gone way past where they're getting the staggered nodes so topping these is literally just taking your biggest buds and throwing in the trash.
If you wanted a more even canopy that should have been done weeks ago
I have these seeds coming in tomorrow from Trilogene seeds.

I am running about 65w per square foot, I like having my lights so that I can run them at 50 to 75% so that I get better efficiency, runs cooler, last longer.
And in several years when the LEDs start to lose a little brightness I can just turn it up.
I also can raise the lights and turn them up...
For each plant you will need at least a 2x2' space preferably at least 8' tall
And for proper growth I feel you need about 200 actual watts from the wall.
And preferably those 200 watts should be spread equally over the entire 2x2 in a strip light configuration.
18 watts is not going to cut it...
I soak my seeds in a shotglass in 80⁰ filtered water with a touch of aloe vera flakes, I keep the glass on top of my internet router which keeps it right at 80⁰
Soak overnight about 12 hours.
Transfer onto a moist paper towel using the same warm aloe vera water and place into a sandwich baggie...
I am not sure that I follow your logic here.
I just bought some Biscotti Pippen seeds from Trilogene a couple days ago, that strain is literally one of the most potent strains you can possibly grow, under the right conditions can reach 35% THCa
And you're having DEA come in and test it?
Is this...
I've never had much luck with autoflowers in LOS, most autoflowers are rather touchy and not quite ready for prime time.
My soil because I have worms, bugs etc always seems a bit too alive for autoflowers and they tend to get stunted.
A good LOS should be in at minimum a 15 gallon fabric pot...
