IM wondering if you can put a 400 or a 250 watt bulb in a digitial ballast and then use the dimming switch.. the reason im thinking of this is to start plants the first 3 or 4 weeks after they gotten 5 or 6 inches high to save electricity i use cfl now about...

that bulb cant do both, as well as individial bulbs is my thinking' WHEN i see their picture of the light range it looks impressive, however there no percentage numbers like on the hps and mh bulbs that leads me to thing it a misleading ad DESIGNED TO SELL... there OVER PRICED...
