I noticed the one of the lower leafs changing a lighter color and it feels harder almost like a autum leaf. Here a pics (they also smell different)

I recently noticed the leaf missing one of the lower smaller leafs heres a pic, as you can see its missing that lower side leaf. Any thing to be worried about?

Also how close should my lights be to my plants currently?

I am currently confused on the best light for the seedling stage, I have multiple 3000k CFLS, 1 LED 5000K, couple regular household bulbs, I am currently using the LED 5000K but its growing slow so i dont know if i should mix the lights together or just stick with the one 5000K. Alright so first timer here, growing Lowryder 2. I have a CFL 2700K 23W, also a 5000K LED light,then i have a LED Warm White 3000k 10W, and 4 9W LED grow strips. Which would be better growing these plants within the vegative/seedling stage. I have notice my plants being droopy and darker...
