Distracted driving is dangerous and can cause death and physical injury. Lighting up a joint doesn't carry any risk of imminent bodily harm. It sounds to me like the Ontarioians have their priorities in the correct order.

It's pretty simple....Prop 215 is not being overturned. Prop 215 will still be in full force in CA after election day. TC2010 is irrelevant to Prop 215.

Well he may have said it to get off the hook, but cannabis is excellent for regulating the digestive tract. Constipation can be a very serious issue, even causing death in extreme cases. I suppose he'd have been taken more seriously had he used cannabinoid suppositories as his delivery method.
