I had a boron deficiency because my humidity was too low the air was too dry and the leaves sweat on a cannabis plant and without proper humidity the leaves can start to dry out, that's why when cloning you wanna keep the clones moist with high humidity.
I didn't know what was wrong with my...
I'll let you know how it turns out in the next couple days and yeah I've had my tap root at 5 inches once just fully extended the length of the paper towel
I actually forgot about the seeds germinating for about a week in my cold room in pitch darkness but they germinated great ahah
True fair enough, Thanks for the advice fam appreciate you guys
hopefully it's just needing more time like I said all my plant usually sprout after the first night or two but I know it takes days for other people I'm just use to it happening right away
I usually stretch my germination period...
I have a lamp in my room I could put it under and use the seedling heat matt, I don't have a temp gauge for that matt so not to sure what it heats too
also I figured if the house is at 72 and the sun shines into my sun room or solarium then that heats up to about 8 and that's perfect for the...
Sounds good I have a seedling heating mat but not using it, temp is 72 F In my house and when the sun does come in the solarium it heats up to probably around 80 in some sunny spots.
just sun hasn't been out yesterday was cloudy and windy and today I was warm but rainy atm.
expecting sun...
okay,.. I always use distilled water when starting my seeds, I have a distiller on tap here so I get distilled water whenever I need.
I can try that I'm using a different potting mix soil I used last time to which was also why k was concerned but potting soil is potting soil.
so your saying I...
sorry was rushing when I was typing that.
i meant the seed was germinated with the taproot showing from the husk of the seed.
and yeah i just filled it up with soil used my finger in small rotations to make a hole in the centre I planted the seed and covered up then I watered it.
after...
hey I have a few plants going atm and I have a different potting mix then I used last time its soft and nice but once i put the seed in and started watering g the soil it looks and feels kinda hard
like the water packed it down I'm just wondering if the seedling will sprout even if it's a bit...
Thanks a lot, it's nice to finally get some good feedback and advice by all of you guys on this thread,
I've been following manufacturers guidelines on both the nutes and when to change the water (they say every two weeks)
thanks for the good notes, I'm gonna keep following that diagram @Chris...
I changed the water in the res following that diagram @Chris Scorpio
PH is between 5.5-6 (it's a colour tester)
and I have thought about an iron or mag deficiency but both of those are in my nutes and I've been adding the recommended amount so couldn't see why it's being locked out
my only...
okay great and you say cut the nutes in half
so I'd do 1.5 tsp flora gro per gallon
1 tsp micro per gallon
and .5 tsp bloom per gallon?
I mix these into two separate 5 gallon buckets to fill up res
should I flush the plants with fresh water for a week first?
also should i just switch to bloom after the flush and calculate half the nutes for bloom or should I flush first and then keep vegging to see how it goes?
this is the schedule I follow and I change the rez once every two weeks usually
I fill up rez to 13 gallons and change it when it runs down to about 7 gallons which is about two weeks
I run nutes between 5.5 to 6 it's around 6 right now
I have no bugs or pests what so ever in the tent either...
you think? I'm just going off of the back of the bottle,.. Its been fine all the way up till recently
like plants didn't start showing these problems till about just over a month ago and they were receiving the same nutes back then as they are now
plus I have another plant getting the exact...
