    Fertilize

Start indoors in peat pots until there is no danger of frost then transplant directly in the garden. Most of the photos turn into monster plants while the autos are only 3-4 feet tall with a average yield of about 3 oz a plant. Should have mentioned that also use a lot of mulch which I make...

    Fertilize

Am an outside grower that uses granular fertilizer, Alaskan Fish Fertilizer, bone meal, blood meal, and Epsom salt. I apply it sparingly so as to not burn the plant.

Beautiful well cared for flowers! Have only grown autos once but think your buds are nearly done, maybe two more weeks.

Been a while, these past gone?

Your plants look ok to me and look like a landrace sativa just starting to flower with six weeks left to go.

What type of insect is this? Is it dangerous?

The picture is not that clear on my phone but it could be a carpet beetle which most people have a few of some place in their house whether they know it or not.

I am IHateBugs and I hate bugs!

Welcome Bugs! I love bugs even when a young boy. Remember telling my mother there was a spider in the corner and told my mother who went and got the vacuum cleaner and sucked it up and from that point on learned to put them outside myself. Termites and cockroaches are a different story though...

    Harvesting in the rain

In upstate NY and cut the last of the photos this morning in the rain and is hanging in the garage to dry with a fan on it to help prevent mold because of the extra moisture. Have also cut a few plants last week in the rain and they are almost ready to trim. When it is cooler I think the fan...

Can someone help me sort out this problem?

In my opinion your plant looks healthy, if you are concerned though could lighten up on the nutes and see what happens.

Is there any hope for my plant?

As strictly an outside grower usually lose 10 to 20% a year due to budrot, while there is products to apply that prevent or mitigate the occurrence I prefer not to put anything on my plants. Most of my budrot seems to stem from caterpillars such as of a white cabbage moth or corn earworm. Have...

What's the best place to buy seeds?

I have yet to see a male plant from feminized seed although it does occasionally happen, but what I find hard to accept is the fact that you state all of your crop were males. I also find it hard to believe that any seed bank would not respond back to your problem and maybe your correspondence...

I screwed up my new seedlings - that normally doesn't happen

They should be fine but try to let the starter mix dry out a bit. Good luck here, seeds are so expensive to replace.

    Experiences please

Welcome Carolina Farmer to 420 magazine! After hanging out on two Fakebook autoflower sitesI am trying autoflowers for the first time this year outside. I will say that the photo plants seem to be much better off than the autos with the same care but will give it time and wait and see. Also an...
