Is James the only one who can help me at CK?

I finally found your PM but cannot reply because I don't have 50 friggin' posts. Can someone at CK just email me?? I emailed a solution to James, but since he's on vacation the responder didn't have a clue about my issues.

I emailed James today at CK and apparently he's out for 2 weeks and the person who responded din't have a clue about my past orders or the challenges I've had. Any suggestions? I think you sent me a private message but don't know where to go to retrieve it.

I disagree. These were the last two out of 10 that even got a tiny tail root while in the paper towel. It was a bad batch of seeds, plain & simple. Only 10 in my years of growing that didn't take off.
