is it possible to grow a plant under a 65 watt indoor floodlight

i only water about every one to two days depending on how dry the soil is or how bad the plants drooping

all of the leaves on my plant are curling up and getting brown on the edges and i need to know if it is just the sun or if it got a disease it has been around 104 degrees this whole week and its an outdoor plant

i started my plant in the middle of march and the reason its so small is because ive topped it alot and its a female

that plants nice its bushy

does this look like a good first grow
