need help fast

all of the leaves on my plant are curling up and getting brown on the edges
and i need to know if it is just the sun or if it got a disease it has been around 104 degrees this whole week and its an outdoor plant

have you watered it? if so how often a little more info please? a pic would be even better.

i only water about every one to two days depending on how dry the soil is or how bad the plants drooping
