yellowing leaves and brown tips turning up with brown spots, please help!

hi, well this is the second time i have grown plants and the 1st attempt failed misserably. this second batch is loooking good, but today i looked at them and the leaves were turning yellow with brown dots and edges with a curled up tip. do i flush them or is it a defficeny of something? they are being grown outdoors in greenhouse pretty naturally, i havent added any special nuits on them, what do i do? plz help be4 its too l8
