So another newbie mistake. I confused the nodes with the leaves. I started nutes with 3rd and 4th leaves showing hence burning them. so stupid.

Thanks for replying. I just checked the roots and two of the burnt ones had one root sticking out of the cups. But my water was hitting them and there was no room for the roots to breathe. I fixed it by taking out more water. Hopefully this will help them revive. They could have been drowning...

So IM making mistakes again! Its been two days since I added 1/4 SH nutes and the plants are not growing! They are about 1 and a half anf two inches tall. They have not been growing upwards towards the light at all for the last week or so. And the lights are about 5 to 6 inches away...

How much light is needed from germinating to seedling stage. I keep hearing that some leave it in the dark until the seed sprouts? I introduced lights right away to my plants and they are slow at forming roots.

yes, im realizing that now. I also think i stunted their growth by having too much light too close when they were smaller. Now Im waiting patiently :)

Yes I have fans on them. But i will go ahead and start the nutes tonight. Im just excited to see them grow now. I haven't realized the seedling stage can be delicate as I killed few seeds due to my mistakes. Oh well; live and learn.:tokin:
